  • Unsolicited applications will not be considered. All applications must be submitted in response to the official Request for Applications (RFA) once issued.
  • Individuals or Federal awarding agencies that are not excepted from DUNS and SAM requirements under 2 CFR §25.110(b) or (c) must comply with these requirements to receive a Federal award.
